Розминка Alphard ETP-158Z1

Відомо, що реальні параметри динаміків не співпадають з заявленими виробниками. Від попереднього проекту у мене залишилось 4 динаміки Alphard ETP-158Z1. Мене цікавили їхня резонансна частота і загальна добротність. Вимірювання проводив програмою  audT30c. Дуже зручна програма, опис роботи з нею та файл загрузки знайшов в неті.

Вимірювання динаміків дало такі результати:

 Про те, що новий динамік треба розминати сигналом низької частоти і такої потужності, щоб зміщення дифузора складало декілька міліметрів, я знав і не раз використовував. Але це все були динаміки з резиновим підвісом.  На одному з форумів натрапив на інформацію про розминку динаміків з паперовим або тканинним підвісом, змочуючи тканину чи паперову ділянку підвісу горілкою (водкою) і після цього проганяючи НЧ сигналом.

Змочував горілкою зовнішнє заглиблення підвісу.

Після цього подавав на динамік сигнал частотою рівною резонансній частоті динаміка, поступово зменшуючи її до 45 Гц. Потужність сигналу подавав таку, щоб зміщення дифузору не було більше 2 мм

Результат після 2-х годинної розминки:

На наступний день повторив процедуру і ось результат:

Але на ще наступний день виявилось, що параметри динаміків повернулись до значень табл 2.

Тобто, змочування тканинного підвісу горілкою, з подальшою розминкою динаміка НЧ сигналом достатньо великої потужності дає змогу понизити резонансну частоту та загальну добротність динаміка.

Свої експерименти продовжу, про результати неодмінно повідомлю.
